Instructions on the Right of Withdrawal and Model Withdrawal Form<\/h4>\n\n

1. Preliminary note<\/h4>\n\n

These withdrawal instructions apply to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.<\/p>\n\n

Our offer includes live webinars with a fixed date and time, individual online coachings or appointments, and digital products such as PDF files, images or comparable digital content. Different statutory rules on the right of withdrawal may apply to these product types.<\/p>\n\n

2. Right of withdrawal for services and digital products<\/h4>\n\n

You generally have the right to withdraw from a contract within fourteen days without giving any reason, unless a statutory exclusion applies or the right of withdrawal has effectively expired.<\/p>\n\n

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded.<\/p>\n\n

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email or by letter. You may use the model withdrawal form attached below, but this is not mandatory.<\/p>\n\n

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.<\/p>\n\n

4. Effects of withdrawal<\/h4>\n\n

If you validly withdraw from a contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n

For this reimbursement, we will generally use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.<\/p>\n\n

If you requested that a service should begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time at which you inform us that you are exercising your right of withdrawal in relation to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.<\/p>\n\n

5. Special information for live webinars with a fixed date<\/h4>\n\n

For live webinars that take place on a specific date and at a specific time, special statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply.<\/p>\n\n

Under the statutory rules, the right of withdrawal may not exist, in particular, for contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance. This exception may be relevant for fixed-date online events, seminars or webinars where the statutory requirements are met in the individual case.<\/p>\n\n

If the booked live webinar qualifies as a fixed-date event under this statutory exception, consumers do not have a right of withdrawal for that booking. The customer will be informed on the product page and\/or during checkout of the fixed date and the relevant withdrawal rule.<\/p>\n\n

This provision does not affect statutory rights, in particular if the webinar is cancelled or significantly postponed by the provider.<\/p>\n\n

6. Special information for digital content<\/h4>\n\n

For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may expire if the consumer has expressly consented to the provider beginning performance of the contract before the withdrawal period expires, the consumer has acknowledged that by giving this consent they lose their right of withdrawal once performance begins, and the provider has supplied the consumer with the required contract confirmation.<\/p>\n\n

This applies in particular to immediately provided downloads such as PDF files, images, work materials or comparable digital content.<\/p>\n\n

If the relevant consent is requested during checkout and the digital content is provided immediately, the right of withdrawal may expire when provision begins.<\/p>\n\n

7. Special information for online coachings and services<\/h4>\n\n

For services, such as individual coachings or online appointments, the right of withdrawal may expire early under certain conditions if the service has been fully performed and the consumer previously expressly agreed that performance should begin before the withdrawal period expires and confirmed their awareness that they lose the right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.<\/p>\n\n

If the service is only partially performed and the consumer withdraws in time, compensation for the value of the services already provided may be owed, provided that the statutory requirements are met.<\/p>\n\n

8. No right of withdrawal for business customers<\/h4>\n\n

The statutory right of withdrawal exists only for consumers. Business customers are not granted a voluntary right of withdrawal unless expressly agreed otherwise in an individual case.<\/p>\n\n

9. Model withdrawal form<\/h4>\n\n

(If you wish to withdraw from the contract, you may complete this form and send it back to us. Use of this form is not mandatory.)<\/p>\n\n
